The Founder of Mu’assasatul Khairiyya Dr.Hajiya Hauwa Radda, has called on parents to ensure profer upbringing of their children for a brighter future.

Dr.Hajiya Hauwa Radda made the call during the Annual Hijab Week Celebration.

The Annual Hijab Week Celebration which was organised by Muslim Students Society of Nigeria Katsina State Area Unit, was held at the Auditorium of Isah Kaita College of Education Dutsinma.

Speaking at the occasion, the founder of Mu’assasatul Khairiyya Dr.Hajiya Hauwa Radda, described it as a welcome development towards inculcating the habit of wearing Hijab among the female students.

Dr.Hajiya Hauwa Radda who traced the history of Hijab according to Islam said, drew the attention of parents to always monitor the movement of their female children for their brighter future.

She charged the students to concentrate on their studies with all seriousness, and prayed for them success in their academic pursuit.

In a remark, the State Commander of Hisbah Board Dr.Aminu Usman Abu Ammar, speaks on the relevance of wearing Hijab, as directed by Almighty Allah.

Dr.Aminu Usman Abu Ammar said the Board has initiated various policies, which directed females to always appear in dressing according to teaching of Islam.

Other speakers at the occasion include the Member representing Dutsinma at the State House of Assembly Muhammad Abubakar Kamis,Malam Ado Garba Yankaji and Hajiya Rabi Abdullahi Ako among others.

During the occasion, the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Alqalam University Professor Amina Muhammad Sani and Dr.Murja Duwan, presented lectures on the importance of wearing Hijab according to Islamic perspective.

Highlights of the occasion include presentation of hijabs provided by the Founder of Mu’assasatul Khairiyya Dr.Hajiya Hauwa Radda.

There were also presentation of award to Dr.Hajiya Hauwa Radda and the State Commander of Hisbah Dr.Aminu Usman Abu Ammar among other dignitaries.
